No. While the Penn State Alumni Association and the Penn State Alumni Association - Chester County Chapter groups work closely together and are affiliated, we are a different organization with separate budgets. As your local chapter, we are responsible for planning local activities, community service events, fundraisers and awarding scholarships to local students.
